Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Funnytyping website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority under the laws of your country of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Accounts and Security

When you create an account on the Service, you agree to:

Termination

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnytyping will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
